Our Jane Austen Playing cards feature beautiful coloured illustrations by C.E. Brock with scenes and quotes from Jane Austen’s six novels, Sense and Sensibility, Pride and Prejudice, Mansfield Park, Emma, Northanger Abbey and Persuasion.  

On the back design for the cards, the orange roses are flowers that are in Jane Austen’s garden and the orange colour represents the wit and liveliness of Austen’s heroines and the enduring charm of her novels.
